Solid Carbide Drills
Inch-size solid carbide drills from 0.1250″ to 0.7500″ (Ø3.175–19.050 mm) in 3×D and 5×D lengths, with external or through-coolant. RP and SP series for general machining; NP series flat-bottom drills for countersinking and flat-bottom holes.
Solid Carbide End Mills
Inch-size solid carbide end mills from 1/16″ to 5/8″ cutting diameter. MFU high-efficiency square end mills with unequal-lead edges and AlCrN coating; EP series square and ball end mills for general roughing and finishing up to HRC 55.
Exchangeable-Head Milling Cutters (Metric)
Solid carbide milling heads that screw onto a reusable shank — flat, corner-radius and ball-nose heads from Ø10 to 20 mm share one holder and change on the machine, using about 70% less carbide than a comparable solid end mill.
Threading Inserts
Laydown threading inserts for American inch thread forms — UN, UNJ, NPT, NPTF, Acme, Stub Acme and Buttress. External and internal, right- and left-hand, from 32 to 3 TPI. Every size available in grade CP5225.
CAT40 & CAT50 Toolholders
ANSI B5.50 CAT40 and CAT50 toolholders in inch and metric sizes — shrink fit, ER collet chuck, side-lock and face mill holders.
