Our process

From drawing to delivery, checked at every step.

Engineering review before we quote, in-person checks on every order, and inspection before anything ships.

Stage 01 · Before you order

Know what you're getting before you commit

Every project is reviewed before we quote it, so the price you see is one we can stand behind.

Project review

We check feasibility, materials and volumes on every project before we quote it.

Engineering review

Our engineers review your drawings and suggest materials or machining changes that lower cost and speed up quoting.

Prototype runs

Prototype and sample runs are available before you commit to a production order.

Stage 02 · During production

Checked in person, on every order

Our team checks production in person on every order, so problems are caught while parts are being made, not after they arrive.

In-person oversight

Every order is checked in person during production, not just when it's finished.

First article inspection

The first parts from each run are checked against your drawing before the rest are made.

Dimensional checks

Critical dimensions are measured before parts ship.

Stage 03 · Delivery

Paperwork and shipping, handled

Parts arrive with the documentation you need, in as few shipments as possible.

Inspection reports

Available for your order on request.

Material certificates

Material certifications provided on request.

Consolidated shipping

Multi-part orders are combined into fewer shipments to cut freight and handling costs.

Stage 04 · After delivery

Every order makes the next one better

Your feedback on quality, packaging and shipping goes straight to the team that handled your order.

Issue resolution

Report a problem to the same people who handled your order, and we'll work it through with you.

Repeat orders

What we learn on one order carries into the next, so reorders run more smoothly.

Get in touch

A part to quote, or a question to ask?

Send us a drawing, a part number or just a question. You'll hear back from the people who make the decisions, not a ticket queue.

Quotes
Drawings and specs for custom parts (PDF, DWG or STEP), or part numbers for standard ones. Volumes and a target price help if you have them.
Questions
Materials and grades, lead times, or whether we can source a part at all, any inquiry is welcome.
