A semi-automatic precision tool grinder for high-accuracy work on CBN and carbide tools, built for wiper (hub) inserts.
- Smart CCD camera with user-defined radius graticules, angle measurement and parallel-line comparison.
- A special structure allows up to 270° of grinding in one pass; with vision feedback, wiper and full-radius grooving inserts can be produced automatically.
- Imported crossed-roller guides for low vibration, high precision and long machine life.
- HT300 grey cast-iron bed, naturally aged for stability and vibration damping.
