• Patented high-rigidity rotary table on Japanese NSK P4 matched bearings, driven by a servo motor and harmonic reducer with a circular grating for smooth, accurate rotation.
• Imported crossed-roller guides for low vibration, high precision and long machine life.
• HT300 grey cast-iron bed, naturally aged for stability and vibration damping.
• Optional: Japanese telecentric lens and gigabit-Ethernet CCD camera for closed-loop clamp–measure–grind–measure, to ±0.003 mm.
• Optional: NACHI six-axis robot for loading along almost any path or angle.
