Cotton Phenolic Laminates, Rolled/Molded Rods & Tubes
Cotton phenolic laminates are high-quality industrial grade materials made from cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin. These laminates offer excellent mechanical strength, electrical insulation properties, and durability.
It has more mechanical strength than paper based materials and have finer surface with better machinability. These materials are used for long lasting gears, pinion, bearing, bushing and many structural applications with the advantages of quieter and more economical than metal parts in various industries.
