B-Stage sheets are partially cured thermosetting resin materials that can be further processed and molded. These sheets provide excellent bonding properties and electrical insulation.
Long storage, low temperature and short time solidifying, with its good electric property, heat resistance and binding feature, applied to low tensile strength copper or aluminium foil in roll for winding in transformer, slot insulation material for any kinds of electric products, also, an appropriate semi-product for all kinds of laminates.
